Working Principle: The flaking of drum is a cooling crystallization process. In the charging tray, fusing feed liquid contacts with cooling drum and then forms the film on the surface of drum. After heat transfer between the film and drum wall, the film becomes cool and crystallized. After scrapping the crystalline film with scraper, it becomes the sheet product. Drum drier is a kind of continuous operation equipment 

that the rotating drum heats and dries the liquid phase material or zonal material attached on the external wall of drum by the way of heat transfer.
