◆Fermentation equipment is a kind of conversion unit widely used for the microbial growth. In the fermentation tank, all kinds of microorganisms grow, metabolize and form the fermentation products in the proper environment. Now, the fermentation equipment has been widely applied in the industries such as medicine, aginomoto, enzymic preparations and food.

◆The tank type of fermentation equipment includes 2 kinds: 1. taper type for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation); 2. tank    type for aerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu-type, self-suction). The standard tank type of this device is widely used. The tank type of 

fermentation tank designed by our factory on the series of drawings and materials is the standard tank type. When our factory designs all sizes of fermentation equipment, our factory tries to ensure tight structure,enough strength, long service life, little internal accessories, smooth surface and good gas-steam contact and gas-solid mixture performance in order to ensure the effective material transfer and gas exchange and have enough heat exchange area to ensure continuous fermentation at the optimum temperature. Our factory also pays more attention to the sealing property of device in order to ensure the sterilization operation.  

As the main device of fermentation equipment, the blender can make the fresh medium, air and mycelium completely mixed and achieve the effect of mass and heat transfer by blending the gas. Now, the basic type of blender includes 3 kinds: flat (straight) blade, bent blade and arrow blade. The equipment supplied by our factory uses the bent blade blender. This kind of bent blade turbine blender can cut the fermentation steam. The fermentation steam flows in axial direction. Comparing with straight blade turbine blender, the bent blade blender has smaller power consumption and better effect under the condition of same diameter, rotate speed and blade width. Now, it has been widely used in the domestic market. In the aspect of configuration and use of motor, we use Y-type motor (horizontal) and YJL-type motor (vertical). In normal case, the vertical motor is used if the nominal volume is below 15m3. Meanwhile, the horizontal motor can also be used. The adapter tube on the surface of tank is also very important for the fermentation tank. According to our experiences in several years, the position of adapter tube designed by us is reasonable. So, the workers can easily operate it. The size of adapter tube is also calculated by us. The users can negotiate with us to change it in case of any special demand. For special sizes, our factory can independently design it.
