Stainless steel reactor is widely used in the pressure vessels of reaction, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitrification and other technological processes in the production of chemical industry, food, coating, hot melt adhesive, silica gel, paint, medicine and petrochemical industry, such as reactor, reactor, decomposition pot, polymerization kettle, etc. The reaction pot is mainly composed of four parts: inner tank body, jacket, mixing device and support seat (the structure with heat preservation can be adopted according to process requirements).

The inner tank body is made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321) and other materials according to the process requirements, and the inner surface is polished with mirror surface, which can be cleaned by CIP online and sterilized by SIP, meeting the requirements of health specifications.

The jacket shall be made of stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) according to the process requirements.

Appropriate design of diameter height ratio, customized mixing device as required; pressure resistant sanitary mechanical sealing device is used for mixing shaft seal to maintain the working pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution and material loss caused by leakage of materials in the tank.

According to the operation requirements, the support type adopts the suspension lug type or the floor type.
